Mr. Rendina's preferred area of practice is international business development advising clients on a broad range of matters, including initial public offerings, public and private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, and capital alterations continuous disclosure, corporate governance, directors' and officers' liability, proxy contests and takeover defense mechanisms.
